Terms, guarantee & privacy
The deal, in plain English.
Last updated July 17, 2026
The short version
- You get a complete songwriting & teaching package for each song — lyrics, hook, music prompt, lesson summary, quiz and more. You do not get finished MP3 audio; you generate that yourself in an AI music tool such as Suno, using the prompt we write for you — which is deliberate, so you control the voice and can regenerate until it's right.
- It arrives by email within minutes, as one file you download and keep.
- If you're not happy, we rewrite it free. If we still can't make it right, we refund you.
- You can use the songs commercially — classroom, YouTube, courses, paid products, client work. You just can't resell the packages themselves as a competing product.
- Your card statement will say Hampton Network, our parent company.
The sections below are the full version. If anything conflicts, the full version governs.
Who we are
Rhyme School AI is a product of Hampton Network LLC (“we”, “us”). We sell custom educational song packages at rhymeschoolai.com. You can reach a real person at support@hamptonnetwork.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
You're buying a custom songwriting and teaching package. For every song in your pack, we deliver: a song concept, full lyrics, a chorus and memory hook, suggested genre and style, a ready-to-paste AI music prompt, a lesson summary, a mini quiz, a cover image prompt, and a social media caption.
What is not included: finished audio. We do not deliver MP3s, WAVs, or any recorded music. To hear your song as a track, you paste the prompt and lyrics we provide into a third-party AI music tool (such as Suno) and generate it yourself. This is intentional — it's how you keep control over the voice, tempo, and feel, and how you can regenerate until it's right.
Those tools are not affiliated with us. They set their own pricing, terms, and rights, and we don't control their output or availability. Important: a music platform's free tier may not grant commercial-use rights to the audio you generate. At the time of writing, Suno's free plan excludes commercial use and its paid plans include it — but that's their policy and it can change. If you intend to monetize the finished audio, check your music platform's current terms. Our license (section 4) covers the written materials we deliver; the audio you generate is governed by the platform that generates it.
Packs and prices: $47 for 1 song, $97 for 3 songs, $147 for 5 songs, and $197 for 10 songs. All prices are one-time payments in US dollars — there is no subscription. Each song is written to the details you submit in the order form, so the quality of what you receive depends partly on the detail you give us.
2. Delivery
Delivery is automated. After your payment clears, our system writes your songs and emails the complete package to the address you provided — typically within minutes, and in any case we aim for within 24 hours.
Your package arrives as a single file attached to the delivery email. You should download that file and save it to your device — it's your permanent copy of every asset. We keep a copy of your order for 90 days so we can re-send it if you lose it; after that, we may delete it. If your package hasn't arrived, check your spam and promotions folders first, then email us and we'll re-send it.
3. Our guarantee & refunds
If you're not satisfied, we'll rewrite it free. If we still can't make it right, we'll refund you.
Reply to your delivery email and tell us what's wrong — the tone, the facts, the genre, the reading level, anything. We'll rewrite the song at no charge, as many times as it reasonably takes to get it right. If we genuinely can't deliver something you're happy with, we'll refund your purchase.
We ask that you give us the chance to fix it first — a rewrite is usually faster than a refund and gets you what you actually came for. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We may decline a refund where there's clear abuse — for example, repeat ordering and refunding while continuing to use the delivered songs. If you have a billing problem or don't recognize a charge, please email us before disputing with your bank; we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute can.
4. Your license
When your payment clears, you get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to use the songs and materials we deliver to you. Concretely, you may:
- Use them in your classroom, homeschool, church, or training program
- Publish them on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, or any channel you run
- Include them in courses, memberships, books, and other products you sell
- Use them in client work and in marketing for your business
- Generate audio from the prompts and monetize the resulting tracks (subject to your music platform's own terms — see section 1)
- Edit, adapt, remix, and build on them
You may not resell, redistribute, or license the song packages themselves — the lyrics, prompts, quizzes, and lesson materials as delivered — as a standalone product, template pack, or competing service. In short: sell things you make with the songs, not the songs as raw inventory.
Songs are written to your brief and we don't resell your specific package to anyone else. However, we don't guarantee exclusivity of ideas or subject matter — another customer may order a song on the same topic, and we retain the right to generate songs on any topic for anyone.
Note on ownership: we grant you the broad license above, which is what you need to use and profit from the work. We do not make claims about copyright ownership in AI-generated material — copyright status for AI-assisted works is unsettled in many jurisdictions, and we'd rather tell you that than promise something we can't guarantee.
5. AI-generated content
We're open about this: your songs are written by an AI system (we use Anthropic's Claude) using the brief you submit, on top of prompting and quality standards we've built. That's how you get a full package in minutes instead of weeks.
We instruct the system to be factually accurate and to build your lyrics around the key facts you provide, but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the content before you teach, publish, or sell it — especially for factual accuracy in academic, medical, financial, legal, or faith-based subjects. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll rewrite it free (see the guarantee above).
6. Acceptable use
We won't write songs that:
- Promote hatred, harassment, or violence against people or groups
- Sexualize minors or are sexually explicit
- Provide instructions for serious harm or illegal activity
- Are designed to deceive, defraud, or spread deliberate disinformation
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property (for example, asking us to reproduce existing copyrighted lyrics)
- Impersonate a real person or organization in a misleading way
You also confirm you have the right to use any facts, names, brand terms, or examples you submit in your brief. If an order falls outside these lines, we'll refund it rather than fulfill it.
7. Payment & billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your purchase is a one-time charge — there's no subscription and nothing recurring.
Your receipt and card statement will show “Hampton Network” (Hampton Network LLC), our parent company — not “Rhyme School AI”. Same team, same product. If you see a Hampton Network charge you don't recognize, email us before disputing it and we'll sort it out.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless we're legally required to collect them.
8. Your data & privacy
What we collect: your name and email address, the song brief you write (topic, audience, level, genre, tone, key facts, and notes), and your order and payment status. That's it — we don't ask for anything we don't need to make and deliver your songs.
How we use it: solely to generate your songs, deliver them, support you afterwards, and keep records of the sale. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Who processes it on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing (they handle your card details directly; we never receive them)
- Anthropic — AI generation; your song brief is sent to their API to write your songs
- SendGrid (Twilio) — sending your delivery and confirmation emails
- Upstash — securely storing your order so it can be generated and re-sent
- Vercel — website hosting
How long we keep it: order records — including your brief and delivered songs — are retained for about 90 days, so we can re-send or rewrite for you. Payment records are kept by Stripe and by us as long as required for tax and accounting. Email correspondence is kept until it's no longer useful for supporting you.
Your choices: email us at support@hamptonnetwork.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, and we'll do it (except where we're required to keep financial records). We don't add you to a marketing list as a condition of purchase, and any marketing email we do send has a one-click unsubscribe.
Cookies: the site itself doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference and your in-progress song drafts are stored in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose work — that data stays on your device until you submit an order or clear it. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
9. Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the service running and to deliver every order, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — we depend on third-party services (Stripe, Anthropic, SendGrid, Vercel) that can have outages. If we can't deliver your order, we'll refund it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of the songs. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
The materials are provided for you to review and use at your discretion. You're responsible for making sure what you publish or teach is accurate and appropriate for your audience.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on this page at the time you bought. We'll update the “last updated” date at the top whenever we make a change.
11. Contact
Questions about your order, these terms, your data, or anything else — email support@hamptonnetwork.com. A real person reads it, and we'd always rather hear from you than have you stuck.
